Adamu Fatawu is a creative, innovative, and ambitious hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in accounting, research and innovations, and teaching. He remains reliable and accountable, diligent and organized, ethical and loyal, team player to every institution he finds himself. He is able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. He loves to learn, expand his knowledge and solve problems and hypotheses. He has the ability to collect, collate and coordinate data with stakeholders. Ability to blend academic work with the community work to provide constructive interactive development. Ability to define problem under study, seek variety of information, and make use of that information through presentation and evaluation.
Adamu Fatawu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (Accounting Option) from the University for Development Studies, Wa – Campus. At the university he conducted comprehensive research on community profiled, problems, potentials and a proposal for the construction of dam for Gane in the Nabdam District of the Upper East Region.
He participated in the 2021 population and housing census from 31st June, 2021 to 5th August, 2021 as a field enumerator in Damongo. Adamu Fatawu current works with Bizline Consult as the Director of Research and Innovations. He leads and oversees Bizline Consult’s research and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
➢ Research strategy and planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. Identify research priorities, methodologies, and key performance indicators to drive innovation and inform decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify research partnerships and funding opportunities. ➢ Innovation Management: Lead the innovation management process, including ideation, testing, and scaling of innovative solutions. ➢ Thought leadership and advocacy: Advocate for policies and initiatives that support a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem and foster innovation. ➢ Knowledge transfer and collaboration: Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices among entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry experts.
